Day 1 - Not Really Dieting But Here’s the Diary
  • Serving of peppered beef jerky 
  • Left over quarter of coconut cakebread
  • A serving of roasted chestnuts
  • Iced Black Tea Unsweetened
  • Vegetable Soup w/ bihon vermicelli
  • A few bites of unflavored steamed fish

I don’t know how much calories that is but I don’t think it was that much. I could do without cake but I was in a rush and I grabbed whatever was grab-able. HAH.
